Very nice, beautiful chain

I ordered 3 of these beautiful necklaces. 1-18”, 1-20”, 1-22”. They all came quickly and so I wrapped them up for my wife. Come Christmas, my wife loved them except for one of them (22”) broke as soon as she put it on around her neck. The other 2 were just fine. I thought ok, they have a lifetime warranty, I will get in touch with seller and have the send a new one or something. To my surprise they never responded to the ticket I filled out. So, I sent a customer support request and still nothing. I guess I will just have to send all three back and get a refund from Amazon if this is how I’m treated. So, I have to Revise my earlier review. My earlier review was only 2 stars. Although things happened the way they did. The company let me know they messed up and quickly and easily corrected this mishap. My wife now has her necklace back and it’s beautiful. I forgive and will forget. Thank you
