**Q: Does the filling bunch up into lumps?**
A: Yes, it absolutely does. It bunches into lumps everywhere. My husband and I cannot stand them and would have returned them if we had realized how bad they were before the return window closed.

**Q: Please only answer if you have washed. i've never had washable pillows before, should i anticipate problems doing this?**
A: One wash and the cording around the edges unraveled and left fluff all over my laundry room. Save your money and get something else.

**Q: How soft are these pillows?  I do not like firm pillows.**
A: Pillow was firmer than I like. 
However, my husband’s sleep apnea symptoms have totally disappeared. 
He’s very happy with it and I went back to my softer pillow.

**Q: Are these firm??**
A: Supportive, but not too firm, in my opinion.
