I purchased this printer when looking for one that wouldn’t take too much space and could handle basic printing jobs. So far it has met expectations and was easy to setup and start using immediately. It is a good value for the price.

One of the smallest but best photo printers i have had to date. Very compact design. Prints a bit slow but good enough for what I use it forMy only issue was in the frequently bought together section Amazon lists 67 and 67XL ink cartridges. I had a huge event and I print pics on sight immediately after taking them as a way to make a little money. I had bought two twin packs but when the starter ink cartridges expired i put in the recommended cartridges and the printer errored out and became unusable for the rest of the evening. Determined the cause to be the printer uses 65 and 65 xl cartridges. As a result of misinformation, i was embarrassed and lost a ton of money and future business. I already opened and inserted one pack. Definitely cannot return it and I cannot do anything with it. I will try to return the unopened cartridge. Damage is already done in the meantime

Good little printer, but like others, I purchsed the "bundle" of what is often purchased together. The ink listed 67, but that is not the correct size and unfortunately didn't need to replace until after the return window was closed. Now am stuck with wrong sized ink cartridges.

The printing is very slow and the colors do not print as good as my previous Brother printer. I should have purchased a better one.

Works great. Prints quite slow.

Good features but if you scan documents this is not the printer for you.

The print quality in mono or colour is reasonably quick, very crisp and clear.The set up instructions are easy to follow, as yet I have not required the use of the technical support. But from previous experience with several HP products I have no doubt the current technical support continues to be excellent.
