HeadBlade HeadLube Glossy Aftershave Moisturizer Lotion for Men (5 oz) - Leaves Head Shiny and Grease-Free

Another good product from Headblade, It say glossy but not very glossy and that's a great thing in my opinion. It moisturized my head head very well after a good shave, like all the other headlube products.

This is a great product for my bald scalp and keeps my skin moisturized.

I use this after shaving with clippers or razor, doesn’t irritate my face, neck, or scalp. Keeps it smooth. Adds a little shine, but I wouldn’t purchase it for shine specifically. Smell is mild. Definitely does an equivalent job moisturizing compared to other products. No concerns there. Hasn’t caused a breakout or irritation yet. So far, good product and fair price.

It does what it says it will do. Leaves a nice shiny finish provided you have just shaved your head. I typically shave my head every other day and it keeps my skin from drying out if I only use it on the days I shave. The reason I'm not giving it a five star rating is because it feels really greasy, probably because the main ingredient is safflower oil. Although, true to it's word, it does not seem to clog my pores. One thing that would be great is if they added some sunscreen to it. I can't use this stuff in the Summer because I need to protect my dome from the sun. I dunno, maybe that would ruin the shiny aspect of it though. Also, the label makes it sound like it is unscented but it definitely has a scent, intentional or not. It's not like a cologne though, I would say it's more like a spice? Maybe cinnamon or cardamom? It does have some tea tree oil in it but it doesn't smell much like tea tree oil.

It’s more of a moisturizer; but, my husband loves it! Yes, there is a sheen; but, it’s subtle.

I found this to be an excellent product if you like the shiny look to your shaved head. More importantly it does what it claims to do in that your scalp remains soft and moisterised. It can feel a little greasy, however. As a personal preference(head shave every other day) I only use this immediately after shaving as it gives a very soothing effect and other products, giving a more matte finish, at other times. It works on the face as well but I tend to reserve for head only. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend it to other head shavers out there, bearing in mind your appearance preference.
