If you want to do a small amount of cream in a cup, then yes. If you want to do a bowl of cream, I’d suggest getting a proper full size whisk. This whisk is brilliant for mixing in a cup or frothing milk in a cup. It is very small, but still rather powerful for it size.

How is it electric if it takes batteries

If it takes batteries then it’s electric. Batteries are electrical power.

How can I talk with the brand? I’m having an issue where the mixer is no longer mixing properly and would like to know if there’s a way to fix it.

Yes as I use it to froth complan which is made with cold milk, so I would say if it has some kind of powder/flavouring to it then yes!
