This is my preferred mag supplement. I had heard of it before but the Dr/author of the Galveston Diet gave specifics on this magnesium and I believe her. Since taking a good magnesium I sleep better and I feel better. I also have a friend in PA school who recommended and uses this magnesium.

It's hard to believe that I am old enough (lol), but I've hit perimenopause and have struggled with bad brain fog. This stuff has seriously saved my butt. My mind is tremendously clearer. I don't think I'll ever stop taking this!

Most people in the US and probably even worldwide are deficient in electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium) and they don’t even know it This is a great product that I take in addition to many other supplements to help fill any voids.My wife and I both take this and have for quite some time. It helps us keep our electrolytes in balance which helps with several aspects of overall health.Additionally this seems to help us cognitively and this form of magnesium doesn’t seem to create the digestive issues that other forms tend to.

Got it and opened bottle and there was powder when pulling the cotton out and saw 1 capsule had busted. Only reason for 1 star deduction. Never had issues with that before with any other capsule. I did notice a relaxation at night and feel more alert and awake when take 1 in the morning. 2 at night. Do recommend

Only product that has helped me sleep and sleep deeply! Doesn’t give me diarrhea like the other magnesium types either!

I was skeptical, but this worked so well and already the first time I took it.

A doctor recommended this for my teen daughter to help get better sleep and energy and memory. He commented after a few months that it seems to be working from his view. Too soon to tell for sure but happy with this overall.

I bought Life Extension Magnesium L-Threonate in 2024, and here is my opinion. The supplements are easy to swallow and are about 1 inch in size. The supplements arrived packaged well in a securely sealed bottle to ensure their freshness. The supplements are easy to swallow. After taking the supplements for a week, I got sick, not due to taking them. I couldn't take them when I was ill. When I began retaking them a week later, I didn't experience the support of the supplements anymore. Compared to another magnesium supplement I have taken this one does not continue to offer quality. I am not satisfied with this brand this is why I rated it 3 stars. I do not recommend it for everyone seeking better focus and memory.
