I've had years of experience with this brand now too and it's been top notch from the packaging to the product, so I will keep buying from Life Extension. With this I sleep better, problem solving is less stressful and my energy level has improved. It does have the relaxing effect on my body that other forms of magnesium do too, but this one has such a profound effect on my mind it's very difficult to quantify, or put into words in text that can even begin to convey or actually help you comprehend just how powerful the effects are. That said, eventually I did buy the magnesium l-threonate from Life Extension and it is quite literally one of the best decisions I've EVER made in my nearly 50 years. It's weird to say that, am I really that old? Seriously, if you do some research and find that the effects sound like the type you might benefit from- buy it!

Yes, this will mess up your gut for a few days. Instead of taking 3 pills, take less. A few days into a daily dose I am noticing less brain fog and faster workout recovery. Sore for one day instead of three. Not for everyone but worth trying for the clear head.

I take this every night. I’ve slept better (a lot better) since taking it. Do I know this is the reason? No. But the result follows the reason I’m taking it so I’ll give it the credit. And it definitely cannot hurt to get more magnesium

Magnesium. I bought to help me sleep. It does help but still causes very active bowels.
