I never really had tile floors with grout before I am used to hardwood. I am slightly a bit embarrassed at thinking these floors were mostly 'clean' to start with. This cleaner took what I can only imagine as years of buildup from previous tenants on the grout that looked very dark almost black off. It revealed a much more tan colored grout had been used. So I will be deep cleaning with this in every tiled room now as my OCD is in overdrive now. I don't care for the scent really but I don't actually care for any cleaning product scent either. Easy to use and easy to store. I do wish you got a little more in the bottle especially considering I will have to go over these floors a few more times and maybe with a small grout brush to get it all cleaned up. But It is highly concentrated so it will last some time if you are not cleaning up years of buildup like I am. through regular use you can expect the bottle to last a good long while. But good value considering it took years of discoloration off. There were a few yellowed spots on some tiles that it cleaned right up too (I am not sure if it was a glue or what but regular floor cleaners did not touch it). Very pleased with the overall clean to my floors. This one actually delivered unexpected results for me and I did not have to rinse this one off. It does not leave the tile sticky at all just a nice smooth surface once it dries.
