Lovely kettle! I have been looking for one with a moving handle. So hard to find! It is a must if you are making your tea the Mediterranean way. The teapot should sit on top to steam the loose tea! This is not one of those lightweight, cheap materials. Nothing less than Mckenzie-Childs $160 kettles!

This is the cutest little tea kettle and available in lots of patterns and is good quality; it is nicely enameled for the price. One minor problem is, the description says WHITE, when the background is actually buttery ivory, not white as in the photos online. Though now that color has grown on me already and I like it. A major problem for safety is the LOOSE LID. It is very ill fitting and just falls off when the kettle is tilted for pouring hot water. I am trying to figure out a solution to stop it from falling off. Removing the lid prior to pouring is just not an option if one does not want to get burnt by hot steam escaping from the top. I am keeping the kettle nevertheless, perhaps as DÉCOR, though I will keep working on a solution for my being able to use it safely. After all, I bought it for teatime. So, buyer please be AWARE.

Ive been getting into drinking tea & stumbled upon this cute little teapot. I adore the floral pattern & colors of it. I wanted something that wasnt plain jane & made it feel like i was in a cute lil cottage. It is super easy to use and its very inexpensive! The whistle volume is about average. I love this teapot!!

The way the handle is attached to the pot itself, makes it impossible to keep the handle upright and therefore away from the heat. The handle falls to the side of the hot body of the pot. As other buyers have mentioned, the handle gets very hot and will burn your hand. BE VERY CAREFUL. The metal portion of the handle gets hot and the plastic portion also get very hot and MELTS. Really? this is the best design this company can come up with.

This is a very large kettle, large enough to place on a large stove burner, so it heats the water more quickly than our former one did. It seems well made and so far it is holding up well in daily use. Our first one arrived with some damage on the edge of the spout and the seller reached out to us and sent us a replacement right away, without asking for us to return the damaged one. This was very good service on his part and it showed he wants his customers to be satisfied with his products. All in all, we are pleased with both the kettle and the customer service. I expect this one to last us a long time, so I feel it was money well spent.
