I specifically needed these as a rubber spacer for the bottom of my radiator in my truck. The radiator has two pegs on the bottom that seats into a rubber isolator attached to the vehicle body. The current rubber mounts allow the radiator to sit too far down though, which causes the hoses to kink a little, and the fan to rub on the plastic shroud. I needed a spacer that fit around the 10mm peg, was wide enough to distribute the radiator weight to the full flat area, was soft enough to not crack the plastic material of the radiator, and also not too thick...just enough to raise the radiator a small amount. Oddly enough, this spacer was the exact dimensions I needed and with a variety of thicknesses to try out on my truck.
