This rope is super value of money rope , from 90 to 120 ₹ its really good . Handle and thickness and weight of rope is really good, its very beginner friendly and dont use it on rough surface , if you have slightly smooth surface available use it there , and i dont recommend any yoga mate i tried on my own yoga mate slows down the speed of rope .

I purchased this rope as a 5’6 women (168cm approx) and found that the rope was too short. This would be a good length rope for someone under 5’5, ideally less than 5’4. In saying that, the quality of the rope is very good! It’s got more weight than a typical pvc rope and the colour of the rope is gorgeous!
