I use this flour before adding my sourdough to the banneton.It's a nice consistency and completely prevents the dough from sticking.

Great for Curries
This rice flour has been used to great effect in a few curries, (and bhaji recipes) and is wonderful. Worth the investment. High quality, and long shelf life. Recommended.

I've been using this flour for home making sourdough and it's very good! The taste is quite neutral which is just what I need for bread!

My dog has IBD and a wealth of intolerances and also is fussy making it worse. I have to home cook but he went off his rice but it is one of the few ingredients that doesn't cause an ibd flair. So I tried making some biscuits with pumpkin and rice flour. He loves them.I haven't used rice flour for any other baking, just for my dog, but it is great for him. I buy regularly and will continue to do so. I haven't compared to other brands but price wise this is good. It is hard to get in supermarkets so I will just keep buying from here

Nice flour
I use rice flour for dusting a proofing basket when making sourdough bread. When I first tried using proofing baskets, the dough stuck to them like crazy and ruined my loaf. Having done a little research, I bought this rice flour and haven’t looked back.I dampen the proofing baskets slightly with a little mist of water before dusting them with the flour, which helps it to stick. My bread now releases from the basket easily every time. Nice.

Bag arrived split open
When I received the bag of flour it was split open. At some point it was wrapped and taped in another plastic bag of unknown orgin. Not the best way to receive a food item!
