Tom Tool LXQ 5.9-7.1 Inch Extended Upgrade Brick Line Clips Line Runners Sold in Pairs,Orange

I’m involved in the architectural conservation/preservation field and I’ve found these work great for re-laying bricks in between existing brickwork. I’m using these on an occasional basis so I'm not sure how well they would hold up under daily use on a commercial job site. Typically historical bricks are considered over-sized and these work great on 4” brick. I’m able to pull the string tight. My only complaint is you’re not able to use a mason’s string line on the string slot of the string column. The slot is designed for a smaller diameter string.

Easy to use and great for step work. I just used this on a new set of steps. It made filling in the front courses for the risers easy and straight.

Works good, not bad quality I had to alter slightly to work with braided masons line which was easy to do with tape.

Great

Unlike most line blocks, this product attaches on the top of the brick. Strong hold for a taunt string line. Looks like cheepy plastic ... but it works.

They break easy in the cold. It worked fine until then.
