This was a matte black replacement for the same in chrome. Installation was easy and looks great with the new faucet.

Love this shower head. Works well and was a great addition to our updated shower.

The product pictures show a metal hose sheath. The hose that I received was a plain stiff rubber hose that does not hang in a favorable way. Due to the hose being kinked and rolled up in the packaging it does not freely hang. The hose took a set that may relax over time. We will have to see. I am very upset about the pictures used to sell this product.

Very lightweight plastic and did not seem like a solid product. Exchanged for another brand.
