Loving these for hair growth and energy levels
I bought these for the iodine benefits for thyroid health, general longevity, anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory action. The huge surprise I got was the affect on my hair and eyelashes! My eyelashes look like I’ve had natural extensions put on - they are so long and thick. And this was only after about 3 weeks. Also do feel like I’ve got more energy which was something I was lacking. Have these on subscription now and will be a complete staple forever.

Super sea kelp
What can I say these are without doubt the best kelp supplement I've ever tried and I have tried every brand and make. The energy these give me is incredible I work long hours and use the gym 5days a week and I've still got energy left at the end of the day I've only been taking them a week and the effect is quite remarkable wish I'd come across these sooner couldn't recommended these highly enough.

Defo high dose...
The dose on this is definitely high. Too hugh for me, as I started to get a rash behind ears and extreme itching. Turns out the dosage was too high for me and caused hypothyroidism. It might sound like a bad thing but the supplement industry is unregulated so often dont know if the dosage is accurate. But this is defo a high dosage sea moss. Great for those with under performing thyroids.

Used to be decent value, not now.
Decent nutritional mineral pack which I previously purchased last year for 8.99 per pack now costs 12.99 for the same pack. Definitely be sourcing this elsewhere from now on as there's no justification for this price hike. So many chancers just abusing this inflation nonsense, and innopure defo seems to be one of them.

Amazing for hair growth!
Bought for hair loss & growth as I have been losing loads due to iron-deficiency anaemia & PPI medications. With scepticism I bought these but after 4 weeks I noticed my hair had stopped falling out & there was hardly any loss in the plughole or on my brush! After 8 weeks my hair looks thicker & has grown almost 2 inches! Have repurchased another 2 bottles! I do take 2 a day instead of the recommended 1 but noticed no side effects. My skin is also brighter & smoother. I haven’t noticed any energy improvement but I do have health issues so...... Not difficult to swallow, no flavour & no after-burp!

Worth the money.
Got them a few weeks ago never took anything like this before and I definitely have noticed a difference and my friends have noticed that my skin is looking healthier too. Will be making another purchase once they are getting low but still got a lot left as you are only taking one a day and they are 60 in a pack and I bought 2 because I thought I had to take more than 1 a day.
