Family members have also purchased this too ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So sharp *by B***E on 11 December 2023* I have been looking for a knife set for a couple months now as I wanted to make sure I got some durable knives that aren’t going to rust or go blunt within a couple of uses like I have seen happen on other product reviews. I have been hand washing these rather than dishwashing as I would like for them to be longer lasting than if they were to be in there after every use, so I can’t comment on the dishwasher friendly side of things. When unboxing my partner had a feel to see how sharp they are and actually cut his finger, they glide through meat and vegetables no problem (and fingers) and I have really enjoyed food preparation and cooking since having them as our old knives were terrible. They are a really nice weight, they don’t feel cheap and flimsy and overall the quality is far superior than a lot of chef/celebrity knives I have used. I definitely have to say these are my favourite set so far in terms of ease of cutting & overall design/feel. They are a perfect addition to a minimalist kitchen with the compact block keeping everything in place which also hasn’t been compromised on quality and feels solid. The only complaint I have about this product is the scissors, compared to the knives and the block they feel cheap and aren’t up to the same standard at all, so hopefully this is something the seller could improve on in the future and make them the same quality/material as the knives. Overall, you won’t be disappointed with this set, especially if you’re looking for a mid range set that isn’t going to cost an arm and a leg for very similar quality to those in the hundreds. Edited to add- I have also purchased another block for a friends housewarming gift as they complimented how great these knives were, I’ve been using mine for a year and a half and they’re still very sharp and the handles are still great.
