I just received this today, so depending on how things go I may write an update in a few weeks. That being said, there reason for this early review is to give a very big piece of advice, and to also give my immediate review of the product. As far as the product goes, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It tastes delicious and it mixes very well even if you are just stirring with a spoon. On to the important advice... If you have never taken a green superfoods powder like myself, please heed my warning. Do not take this for the first time in the morning before you head to work. I would suggest taking it on a Friday night, when you have the whole weekend to "rest." I drank the mixture (which was surprisingly delicious by the way), and within 5 minutes I was on the toilet talking to God for the first time in a decade. It cleaned me out, quickly and efficiently, but God help me it was not easy. I did not take this product as a detox and I don't think that it's purpose is intended as such, but for someone like me who has never used green powders before, and who generally has a weak stomach, it pushed right through me. I imagine I just need to get this first one or two servings out of the way for my body to get used to it, so I'm not upset at all. Just wanted to give you all a heads up. I am taking this green powder for the nutritional benefits and to help me perform better athletically, and unless things go downhill from here, I imagine I'll get those benefits. Much love.

After trying out several different brands of superfoods products, the Organic Greens from Peak Performance is definitely my go to supplement now. It has more sources of vegetable nutrients than what I was looking for at a lower price point. Yet the quality is excellent, the processing seems to be meet or excell standards in the industry. Plus the ingredients are sourced from certified organic processes. The price point is slightly better than average for this type product but again you're getting more nutrients for more included sources. What I love about this Superfoods powder is that it tastes great (not chalky), dissolves fairly easily in a glass, shaker or tumbler in all types of liquids of your choice. An added plus is that Peak Performance donates funds to vitamin/nutrient programs for kids with every purchase of their products. My only wish is that they use a smaller, appropriate sized container. Even with product settling there should be ample space to use a container 1/3 the size of the current container. Besides it will look like you're getting more for your money in a smaller container, as opposed to opening to only a half-filled (or less) one.

4 stars because it's palatable and the ingredients are great quality, EXCEPT the unspecified "plant fiber" (almost certainly inulin/chicory root fiber) that made it totally unusable for us. I wish the fiber type was clearly specified as this supposedly "healthy" prebiotic fiber causes horrifying gas and bloating for me and many of my health-minded family members and friends. Despite the otherwise excellent nutritional value I had to toss this product and I'm sad about the waste. I wish food manufacturers would stop cramming this stuff into every "health-conscious" product as it causes serious issues for a lot of folks.

A little too sweet for my taste.

Let me start by saying I RARELY take time out of my day to write a review but I truly believe in this product. I've been using some form of a super green for many years. I had a favorite but they changed their ingredients to include flax seed, for which I am allergic. This forced me to stop taking a super green for several months. My energy levels plummeted, my appetite went haywire which caused me to be moody so I began researching alternatives. I tried a few and they were ok but I wasn't 100% sold. It wasn't until I was preparing for a 10-day business trip that I read about Peak Performance and found their single-serve packets which I could use while travelling. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the quality of the ingredients - organic and sweetened with Stevia (I believe you can buy a version without). I no longer find the need to mask my super food's flavor and drink it with warm water. I've been using Peak Performance for 3 months and just ordered another container. I actually look forward to drinking it each morning while taking my supplements. My energy levels are back to where they used to be, I no longer raid the fridge and my mood is back in check. I'm a happy customer!!!
