Worked for 2018 acadia
Had to change the bracket and plugs on the new ones with the old ones but it was easy and exact fit for 2018 acadia

Horn is Junk
Never once worked out of the box. Don’t waste your money.

Is a direct replacement, but did not include the covers to protect the inside of the horn, had to remove and glue the old ones on the new horns. They work just like the original ones.
