Absolutely love this item. Great boslter for my yoga streching exercises.

At first I would have given this a one star review. It didn't expand in a day, a week, several weeks. Disappointing. But 1-2 months later it has fully expanded and is surprisingly a very nice quality! I have other brands of bolsters so I can compare to them. This has remained very firm in the middle with some slight cushioning surrounding the core. Its firmess tolerates this plus-sized woman nicely! If you're in a rush, not for you, but if not in a rush and needing a very firm bolster this one fits the bill!

I was very eager for this item to be delivered especially after reading other reviews. I am a 500 RYT, and certified reflexologist who was super thrilled to find this deal. However, the one I received was highly stained by the burgundy more so Martin colored cover and the poorly sewn, torn and stuck pieces in the zipper as shown in pictures. It has not fluffed up after 36+ hours so I’m doubtful in the quality of the cushion as well. I’m not sure what to do as this is an odd an inconvenient item to package and return. Extremely disappointed in the over all quality, color staining from the fabric cover, and the poor sewing and hole filled inside cover. Buyers please take note.

Not too hard! Been using it for my restorative yoga session. I had bought a different one from Amazon before, but that previous one is so hard that it feels like it's made of wood. This one is firm but has enough give so it doesn't hurt me when I have to use it on my back/spine. This is important to me because I have arthritis in my spine and some deformed disks, so I have to be careful that things don't hurt. This worked well for me.

It did take some time to inflate but it eventually did and is a great size and firmness.

This bolster arrived in a compressed state but inflated to a very firm support. It provides a cushioned seat but keeps its shape and is a great asset for maintaining different poses.

My toddler loves using it! However I am too heavy at only 170lbs and flatten it when putting full weight on it, holding no support, which a true yoga bolster wouldn’t. I tried to use it as a support pillow for my knees but it was too hard for that, go figure. It also took a REALLY long time to re-inflate from being vacuum packed for shipping. I’m talking over a month I waited and it still wasn’t 100%. I don’t remember how long it took, but I’ve had it for over 2 years and it looks as advertised now. The strap is handy and strong, at least I can use that. Definitely would not recommend getting this if you’re using it for yoga or other similar activities. It’s currently my foot rest while rocking in my glider and my toddler uses it sometimes when sitting on the floor. Otherwise it’s pretty useless. 3 stars because I love the color which is as pictured, the strap is handy, it came out of the package smelling clean, size is as described and it’s lightweight, and we found a use for it so it’s not a total loss. Also, it’s easy to remove and machine wash the cover.

Es muy delgado para los requerimientos reales del yoga, especialmente para un reataurativo. Lo encargué por el precio. No sería mi mejor opción ahora que llegó y lo vi.

El artículo llegó empacado en una casa minúscula. Resultó que la almohada estaba empacada al alto vacío. Las instrucciones dicen que en 48 horas debería tomar su tamaño final, lo cual no ocurrió después de una semana. Solicité una devolución y ha pasado casi un mes sin tener mayores noticias. Buen producto, pero mucho tiempo perdido y riesgo de que no sirva al final.
