Harvest Bowl

This is such a spice meal for a young toddler. I never feed my wine what I won’t eat. So won’t order it again. It was truly gross.

I want to say that this type of food is not for all baby's. you have to make sure your kid is use to this type of flavor to start using them. if your kid only eats baby foods and no natural food cooked at home with vegetables then you shouldn't try this. my kid eats all type of beans and rice ( 1 year) and this organic harvest bowl was easy for him and we finish the box last week. this only requires 20 seconds in the micro and your food will be ready for baby. I did try it and the flavor is not so bad.

I have to agree with another reviewer who said their child did not like the flavor. My two year old son loves the Happy Tots Squash Ravioli, but unfortunately, it is regularly out of stock here on Amazon. When I found this product, I was excited because I thought would be a good substitution for the Happy Tots Ravioli, especially since it's hard to find pre-packaged plant-based toddler meals. However, when I tried to feed this to my son, he would push the plate away from him. Because I didn't want to waste food, I figured that if my son didn't want to eat it, I could feed him something else and eat this pasta myself. I was only able to eat one bite, it was so bad! I don't blame my son for rejecting this if I couldn't eat it either. There a lot of good vegan macs out there, this isn't one of them.I usually buy these types of pre-packaged toddler meals as a timesaver on those days when I have to work late. But it's not much of a timesaver if you're having to switch gears and prep a different meal because your child is disgusted by the meal. If you are looking for pre-packaged plant-based meals for your toddler, I recommend you check out either the ravioli I mentioned earlier or the Sprouts brand Veggie Power Bowl or Baby Burrito Bowl.

My little one gobbled these right up with no hesitation. 10/10 would recommend it.

First things first: my toddler likes this! Fabulous protein and veggie option for a snack or meal.The Mediterranean style bowl is packed with all kinds of good things - veggies, chickpeas, lentils, quinoa, and farro. The flavor is close to a dish I normally make that is a base of chickpeas and tomatoes - only I use spicy harissa in mine, and this is not spicy at all. This tastes like real food.It's a good mix of textures for toddlers - but nothing hard to worry about. The chickpeas and carrots are soft but not mushy, so they still are distinct from the rest of the mix. The farro has a bit of chewy texture.I'm also impressed with the spices used in this bowl: coriander, cumin, anise, cardamom, garlic, onions, cinnamon, ginger, and anise. That's unusual to see in toddler food, and it really introduces them to a variety of flavors.One thing I noticed is that the plastic film is really hard to pull off. This is good for making sure it stays sealed, but some of the contents almost came flying out when I tugged on the film. Also, unless you are home, there's not an easy way to seal it back up if there are leftovers.I would love to see the 8-pack offered with different flavors. My child likes this now, but I'm not sure how they will feel by the 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th serving. It would be helpful to be able to rotate flavors.

I gave these to my sister for my nephew, I gave him the first tray to see if he liked it and he really did. Prep is very simple, you open the plastic a little and put the tray in the microwave for about 25 seconds. Despite the short time in the microwave, the food comes out very hot so you do have to stir it until it cools down. I personally really like the smell, it smells sweet to me almost like chili. I fed my nephew the tray without any issues and he really seemed to like it.My sister prefers making him homemade food but says that these are really nice to have just incase. When she has someone looking after him she will leave a few trays so he can eat a good meal. She also told me that she has actually tried these specific trays before of different flavors and hadn’t had any issues with them so far.Overall these trays are pretty nice, they certainly made me hungry while feeding my nephew, they smell so good.

Do NOT torture your babies by forcing them to eat this horrific-tasting "food." My baby is a GREAT eater, so when she spit this out I had to taste it for myself. There are no words to describe how disgusting this was.

I got this Gerber Organic Baby Food, Toddler, Plant-tastic, Harvest Bowl, Mediterranean Medley for my two years old son. I wanted him to try more different food. However, he didn't like this. He ran away from his first bite. So, I had to finish up the bowl. All ingredients are organic and healthy. As for the flavor, it tastes a little bit weird to me, or perhaps I'm not accustomed to eating this Mediterranean flavor. But I still recommend this to the kids who like/get used to eating Mediterranean food.
