I bought this for my daughter when she was diagnosed with a rare side effect from her Covid shot. She has to take heart medication now and this is the best way we keep it close to her at all times the design is not too flashy and the size is just right for the type of pills she has to take the chain is very strong and durable.

Wonderful keeps my pills dry and handy for me.

Works great as a way to keep 3-4 small pills of essential medication on your person. Chain is kinda thin and cheap, but that's easy to replace. The wing charm was easy to remove with a pair of pliers for anyone who would prefer it without.

I bought this to hold a nitroglycerin pill and a couple of aspirin so I can always have it with me even when I'm not carrying a purse. I had to buy a longer chain so it would stay under my shirt but I knew that would be the case when I purchased it. I have sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any reaction thusfar so I'm happy with it. It's also remained firmly closed which is extremely important.

Doesn't tarnish. Holds my medication without fear of losing they or getting them wet.

Waste of money even small pills will not fit inside.

Thankfully this was not for a nitro tablet, but instead for my sons tooth lol. He didn't like the cheap plastic tooth carriers so this necklace was much cooler to a 6-year old. Unfortunately every cartwheel, tumble and monkey bar run took its toll and the necklace broke. It broke a few times and finally was beyond repair. The lid also falls off, so probably not great if you actually needed it for emergency medication.
