I recently tried Jatamansi Root by Sai herbs also known as Balchad, Jatamasi Jadd, Jatila, or Nardostachys Jatamansi, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It was fresh and well-packaged, with a rich, earthy aroma. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in stress and an improvement in my sleep quality. I feel calmer and more centered, particularly during meditation and yoga. The product's purity is evident—100% Jatamansi Root with no additives, ensuring maximum benefits. I bought 100grm pack. But it is not 100grm. Quantity is less.

It has earthy, root like smell. Boiled one root in water for 5 minutes, mixed with honey and drank it evening, and i felt so relaxed the rest of the evening and had a slumber sleep. One root may be used for 3-4 times. Soak it and boil it. With each time, increase the time you soak/boil. Really effective. Never used it before but this feels authentic. Jatamansi alone tastes bitter and earthy, but when mixed with honey, gives a good flavour as if you r relaxing in forest.
