Don’t waste your money!
Brought this for my son for Christmas he was so excited used once and the screen has broken! What an absolute waste of money. Left with a very upset child on Christmas morning. Do not waste your money! How do I get a refund?

Not recommended !
Broken withing 10 minutes of being opened on Christmas day. My 5 year old granddaughter was distraught over this. Very poor build quality. Mouse socket disappeared into the main body of the machine. Would not recommend at all.

Fun but...
Some of the timers on the games are so fast that even I can't beat them! My 7 year old gets very frustrated!

Broke within first few days. Screens blurred and making a constant whining nose.

This product is unusable. The screen keeps resetting, the mouse jack broke and it's a complete waste of money.

I ordered this because my 3 year old has been asking for a computer all year long so I decided to get her this for Christmas. I preferred this one over the other model because of the color screen. Upon arrival i noticed the vasing was scratched up but it was already almost christmas and i didnt have time to exchange. After playing with it for the first time I could already find a few things I was unhappy with. The screen is so small. The keyboard is in alphabetical order so it doesn't even help them learn to type on a real keyboard. But these were things my daughter didn't complain about but my 12 year old noticed as well. Only a couple weeks in and the mouse jack fell out of its port. Then the laptop frozen on this weird menu screen and the only way to turn it off would've been to take out the batteries. I didn't bother I just started the return process. Now it's been almost 2 weeks since i sent it out and still no update or return. Buyer beware. I'm going to go with my original plan of buying her a refurbished laptop for the same price and just preload it with kid websites and parental controls because this was a waste of money.
