I like that it makes the hair stay away longer than a week, but I don't like that it doesn't take the hair away instantly.

There’s a reason why you don’t see No! No! Commercials anymore and why you can’t buy in stores. I bought this unit and it stopped working after 3 months. I called No! No! Customer service and they would not warranty the device because I did not buy from them directly. So I bought another No! No! Directly through them and again it stopped working after 3 months. I filed a claim and got a new replacement and that once again stopped working after a few months. I called customer service again and they refused to warranty their product because it was more than 1 year since the first one I bought. I had a No! No! years ago and it worked great. But the quality has greatly decreased since then. The thermal tips don’t last long and the buffer pads are not as coarse as they use to be. Overall this product is not worth the money.

This is my third No-no (I have my reasons). I only use it on my face, have light facial hair, and use it 2 times p/week. It works just OK. My biggest complaint is that each unit I've had quit working for the same reason: There is a small 'rubber band' on one side of the roller head that makes the unit glide, engaging the IPL. With every unit I've had, the 'rubber band' has stretched, not allowing the roller to move or the IPL to work. For me, each unit has lasted 2, maybe 3 years before that band wears out. I only purchased this third No-no because it does a' kinda' OK job for me, and after looking at alternatives, decided to stick with the devil I know... besides I have extra No-no thermal tips, and they are too expensive to just toss. I will not be buying another No-no after this- the cost has went through the roof! No more "No-no" for me

I was hesitant about buying this product because of the negative comments. But I bought it anyways and I am happy I did. I have caramel skin tone and have been struggling with facial hair for a long time. I've been using nono since February 2021 on my chin area (was afraid to use on my entire face). But the hair on my chin seems to be thinning and even though we are supposed to only use nono, when I pluck the stubborn hair with a tweezer it's taking a long time to grow back. I would recommend, but be persistent and use it multiple times a week.

This was a replacement for one that was missing pieces. This one works great and has all the pieces too.

Large head started sticking and wouldn't work after 3 uses. This also happened with my previous No No. Back then, I had ordered straight from the company, so they sent a free replacement. I'm not sure how this can be achieved through Amazon.

Works good, can smell the hair burn. Different size heads are also nice. Just have to practice a bit to get the right positioning of the head for smooth movements with the tip working.

So great. This little gadget is so long lasting and so effective. I am fair so laser hair removal won’t work but with this it actually removes all unwanted fuzzy. Good luck

Product did not come with cosmetic bag, piece was missing

I like the No No Pro and the colour. A friend of mine has one and she said it works. I have nit tried it yet.

Very disappointed with this product as the roller does not move properly. As you suggested, you put me in contact with the seller. Which I did and they keep giving me the run around. Wanted invoice for proof of purchase, pictures over and over again Telling me to go through you, and so I do & then you said to go thru the seller. I cannot believe all this trouble. There is a malfunction. I sent pictures, proof of purchase. All I want is this replaced. I am a regular customer and a very upset one, that cannot believe you do not satisfy your customers. The first one I got as a gift and it would not charge anymore, so I bought a new one in March 2025, NOW the seller wants me to pay for shipping to receive the item that had a malfunction. WHAT NEXT!!!!
