Basically a drybag with mounting straps, nice bag!
This is a nice little bag that is basically a drybag with straps, so far I really liked it, need to test it out off road and carrying more weight

Bag is nice, straps are junk, get some bungees
This bag is truly water proof, holds a ton of crap if you want it to, or rolls down to be nice and compact. However, both by buddy and I nearly lost our tools to straps that snapped. I have mine held on with 2 bungee cords now.

Plastic snaps broke after 18 month. Not a well made product.
