XMONDO Semi Permanent Hair Color with Hyaluronic Acid, Vegetable Proteins, and Bond Boosting - 8oz

So I wish I had taken good pictures in good lighting, but y’all will just have to take my word on it. This is a wonderful product! I had not dyed my hair in over four years and all my old color had grown out and been cut off. My natural hair is a medium brown and almost to my waist but my hair is pretty fine so one jar was enough to completely saturate all of it. If you have thick long hair you may consider getting two jars. Once I got it all in I let it sit for about an hour with a shower cap on just because my hair has some darkness and I wanted to be absolutely certain that the color would take. Once it was all rinsed out and dried OH MY GOODNESS! It was such a beautiful bright red I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! And it made my hair sooooo soft and felt extremely healthy! Even made my ends feel soft and more alive, and my ends are definitely a problem area for me because of the length! It has faded to a more subdued red throughout the two or so weeks as I’ve washed it, but I’m honestly happy with the faded color too! It will stain your shower and counters (if you’re messy like me lol) definitely wear gloves (I didn’t and had stained hands for a few days). But absolutely love this, would definitely recommend!

I used to dye my hair with Splat due do it having the brightest, and longest lasting colors. I cannot speak for the longevity of the hair color thus far, I will come back and update, but as far as bright colors this is an easy winner. I was delighted by the color when I opened the jar, and when it was applied it looked heaven sent. There is a thickness to the dye that feels almost greasy when rinsing out, but I thoroughly rinsed, threw in some color conditioner and my hair feels great afterwards.I don't know that this will replace any Olaplex treatments, but it for sure is now top in the hair dying category in my house. My hair is much softer after the bleaching and dying than it normally is, but I feel the addition treatments would make it even better. The smell of the dye is also very nice, but I wouldn't say the scent was the first thing that stood out to me, it's very subtle.

When you want PIGMENT get you some Brad Mondo because OMG so bright, bold and beautiful! More on the pink side for my personal liking however I still was in love with the results. I suggest two containers for hair longer than mine pictured below (I did not dye my eyebrows or skin lol that is just matched make up)

The media could not be loaded. I very rarely care enough to write a review on a product, especially haircare. My hair and I have a love-hate relationship, and I usually box dye it with ammonia-free dye every 8-10 weeks. That being said, I don’t chemically lighten it, I dust the ends and splits as I find them and use weekly deep conditioning and Olaplex treatments. I love having my hair a deep red, but reds vibrancy is very hard to maintain, especially in humid Florida heat and having a physically demanding outdoor job (dry shampoo and cold water doesn’t clean the scalp very well all the time). I bought this in hopes to restore the red between dyes and I really wasn’t expecting much; I saw reviews online of it bleeding in warm water and being patchy after 14 or so washes (I mean, it’s not permanent and that’s normal) but I hoped it would carry me to the next permanent dye. My only qualm so far is it was a bit difficult to distribute into dry hair and was almost a two person process - it’s thicker than I was expecting, but it smelled fantastic so I wasn’t choking the whole time on fumes. I waited about 25 minutes once I felt my hair was saturated and rinsed it in the shower for what seemed like forever (if you’ve never dyed your hair red, get ready to look like Carrie in the Prom scene). The dye did stain the grout in my shower, but bleach got it out with some scrubbing. It was night time when I was done, and I knew it was red red but I was hoping I didn’t look like a bag of Takis come morning. Surprisingly, it was beautiful. My hair was soft, it didn’t do any visible damage to my hair, and I got a lot of compliments on it. I’m not allowed to have non-natural hair colors at my work, but although it was bright no one complained about it. I’m now 7 days in using warm water and shampooing and conditioning sulfate free every night. It has faded some, but not a lot. I’m actually passing my due date to dye my hair and I’ll probably just keep using this.I’m very impressed with this product and it’s definitely not just hype. If you have hair lighter than a medium brown, it will be very prominent but the color itself is worth the shot.

...this color bleeds forever. Color looks great and is really easy to apply. Definitely leaves your hair feeling softer and healthier. But it kills me how much it bleeds. Showered for 45 minutes and washed it 3 times...and the water was still pink. Two weeks later, and it's ruined 2 pillowcases. Had to switch to a black one so it isn't noticably stained. God forbid I fall asleep on my arm or hand. I'm just glad it's red. If it was a blue or some other color...would be EXTRA frustrating.

worked great, smells very nice, I guess I was hoping for less staining in the bathroom and all the running, but its still very bright on my hair which is not bleached
