This Chinese herbal remedy helped me get the sleep I needed. It is essential in today's fast-paced world to re-charge. This product is better than going to the same doctor for years that only addict us to more compounds.

I just completed a course of Bupleurum Dragonbone Oystershell Pills as recommended by my acupuncturist and it is of course often hard to tell how much herbs really influenced a change in health but I can say that in combination with my acupuncture appointments I feel a little less burnt out and calmer. Would I recommend? Yes. My acupuncturist recommended the Plum Flower brand as one of a few who provide quality herbs without pollutants (pesticides, herbicides..). Will I purchase again? Yes if in the future I am prescribed more Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Wan then I'll be back to purchase more Plum Flower pills. Thanks for making them. x

I cannot recommend this product enough if you suffer from anxiety disorders, in the throes of a full on panic attack this can really bring me back, cup of warm tea and 8 tiny tea pills. It eases palpitations, calms heart rate, gets that dizzy floating feeling to go away, the shakes and tremors even gone. I also get migraines and at the first sign of aura I take 8 of these with a cup of warm water and have had it subside without the intense debilitating and throbbing pain. Also helped bring my blood pressure from the mild hypertension stage to the normal range. It worked wonders for me and I am NOT on any prescriptions for anxiety, migraines or blood pressure so take my experiences with that knowledge as well.

These herbal pills are amazing! Heard they are great for stress and depression- I don’t like taking depression pills the local doctor gives.. too many bad things in them.. I feel a lot more level headed and calm due to these herbal pills- 5 star for sure. I think Chinese medicine and herbs are amazing!

I took four pills only as a precaution. I felt immediately calmed and centered. Perhaps it was exactly the supplement I needed although I purchased it for another issue. I am on the fifth day of four pills so I will try to update this review if things change for me. UPDATE after several days of use: as with many Chinese remedies proceed with great caution. I tried a larger dosage, ie eight tea pills a day and experienced severe headache. I gave it a rest and am now trying four a day. I would recommend starting very slow on this one.

I really thought these would help me with the anxiety because it had such great reviews. But, it did not work for me and actually made me feel worse. I had to throw them away because there is no return policy,
