Simple and they work! Bought them to use wide mouth mason jars as hanging planters in our bedroom window, and we are pretty sure the handles are secure or they wouldn't be suspended above our sleeping noggins. With the height of the pint-size jars being pretty perfect for pens and pencils, we will be ordering more for organizing the ridiculous pen situation I've found myself in and hang a few up on a self above the desk, for tidy writing utensil storage. It's easy to get these gadgets on, there is a little hook on the surrounding wire to slip over the other portion of wire near the handle so it's inconspicuous. Yeah, happy with these handles and am planning on buying more.

These hangers are great! Easy to put on and sturdy too. I hung them in a tree for my sons wedding reception. We left them up for a week and had a freak wind and rain storm come through. They held on tight.

These wire handles are the perfect addition to my mason jar decor. I have some similar handles but they are all for regular mouth jars. These fit the wide mouth jars well and are pretty durable. Great product
