I bought this and using from long time. This is value for money item. It has universal fit so anyone can use. It helps to lift with proper grip and effectively. Product quality is best for such price

Good quality metal
You can try using them for some extra reps in pullups, they are of strong material, but it can still slip and injure your shoulder, basically good for pros who know what they're doing.

Not useful for deadlifts
You don't have proper grip while doing deadlifts with these. Normal grip bands are good instead of this. Product quality is good.

Needs a rubber grip
The handle needs a rubber grip, currently If the bar is smooth it slides and doesnt like stick to one spot and it wobbles.
