Easy to use and good for small decor
Color is spot on. It is very easy knead and mold. Once you have the shape down I notice that it does dry over time. It holds its shape well enough. Not sure how edible/good tasting it really is. Good enough to make small decor for a cake. I used small amount of water to stick it to the buttercream and it worked well. Just be careful. You have to barely get it wet or the color does bleed. Price is reasonable and worth it when you just need to make small decor.

Soft and workable
Fondant was beautifully soft and easy to work with. Not a hint of hardness. This size is perfect for me...I don't use fondant usually on my cakes, every now and then I like to make specialty flowers for wedding cakes. This was very good, very white!

Works in a pinch, strong smell
It was fine. It has a very strong artificial smell that was a little unappealing. It was pretty dry and cracked easily, but worked in a pinch to make a small diploma for my cake.
