I learned aboutI iris versicolor while searching for relief from neuropathy caused by shingles. I take 3 pellets under tongue before bed. I suggest reading about homeopathic remedies in the material Medica on line. This remedy has other uses, as do all other homeopathic remedies. Important to know how to take ( no coffee or mint before taking). Also must keep your homeopathic remedies away from mobile phones, iPads . If you carry in purse be sure to wrap in aluminum foil so phone doesn’t accidentally neutralize your remedy and prove it worthless. This has happened to me! When I read bad reviews it is possible that this could be the case. Turn bottle upside down and turn cap. Pellets will disperse one at a time. Some may need only one pellet, other more. Wait 15 minutes and if symptoms have improved but still there, take another dose. Some reviews state that they feel worse. This is just the remedy clearing out energy blockages. Take another dose. If no results, it is not the right remedy for you. I found all this information researching homeopathy. Also note… remedies do NOT EXPIRE! I have used some of mine from 30 years ago and they still work. Hope this helps others to have success with homeopathic remedies.
