The brushes are good, well made, and the only bit of difficulty I've noticed is that the floor brush is a little harder to move on deep carpeting since it doesn't have rollers. But, I'm really happy with it, and works better than any other vacuum I've ever used.

**Q: Are the bags required with this vacuum or can you just use canister?**
A: You must use bags. Henry and Hetty are identical except for color (and eyelashes), and they are not bagless vacuums. I highly recommend then. They are wonderful vacuums!

A: I have owned Hetty for two years. Have 40,000 sq.' building and numerous employees using. It is the first vac they haven't been able to kill.

A: No. I don’t think so.

In addition to being a cheerful looking help, the vacuum is very well built, the two suction power levels are great. The high power really does a thorough job on deep carpeting. The brushes are good, well made, and the only bit of difficulty I've noticed is that the floor brush is a little harder to move on deep carpeting since it doesn't have rollers. This is an excellent vacuum for hardwood floors and area. The suction is excellent and the long hose and cord go everywhere. The attachments are nice but aren't stored on the vacuum so you have to carry them separately. After wasting money on vacuums that broke after a short time it's great to find such a reliable product. Also so cute!
