High quality!
There's nothing like good quality Balsamic! It's not cheap stuff but good quality stuff and I'm stuck on it regardless of the higher cost. It's not thin like the cheap products but thick almost like a reduction already. Full bodied flavor. Really good. Comes in a really attractive bottle too.

Rich Flavor & Great Value
Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar is a standout—authentic, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness. The thick consistency and depth of flavor make it perfect for salads, meats, and even fruit. Made in Modena and PGI certified, it delivers gourmet quality at a surprisingly reasonable price. Excellent value for anyone who appreciates premium ingredients.

Smooth and a little sweet
This is wonderful balsamic: it's not quite syrupy but close, so it's a little thick, and it has a sweetness to it. Not too much: you know you're tasting vinegar but there is a hint of sweetness. Absolutely lovely. I have acid reflux and this doesn't bother me at all - and I use a lot of it! Salads of course, but I also drizzle it on grilled veggies. Try it! (I should mention: I'm Italian, and I appreciate the adherence to tradition, and craftsmanship that goes into making products our grandparents, and their grandparents used). Enjoy - I've ordered this many times. You can do without the special glass spout: it pours just fine right from the bottle.

Good balsamic vinegar
This is very good IGP grade balsamic vinegar, one of the better IGPs I've tried so far. This is nearly as good as some of the cheaper traditional DOP balsamics I've tried. It is a nice blend of sweet and tart, thick but not overly thick. At this price point, this one is great for every day use. It's great for use in salads, on meats, and of course with imported cheeses.

Very good
This was the first time I actually looked for a good brand of Balsamic, instead of the cheaper grocery store products. I know this is not the rarest product available, but honestly it is delicious. And so much better than what I used before. Plenty good enough for my salad and the double bottles will last me a very long time.

Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar
I recently tried Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar, and I’m quite impressed with it. This barrel-aged Modena balsamic vinegar brings a level of quality that stands out in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the rich, dark color and the syrupy consistency, which is a hallmark of a good balsamic. The taste is fantastic, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It has a deep, complex flavor with hints of fig and cherry, and a smooth, velvety finish that lingers on the palate. It’s not the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had, but it’s fairly high quality and works well for a variety of uses. I’ve used it in salad dressings, drizzled over fresh berries, and even as a finishing touch on grilled meats. It adds a delightful tang and enhances the flavors of whatever dish I pair it with. The barrel aging process really shines through, giving it a nuanced depth that you don’t find in cheaper vinegars. Overall, Due Vittorie Oro Gold is a solid choice if you’re looking for a high-quality balsamic vinegar that won’t break the bank. It may not be the absolute top-tier, but it’s a fantastic addition to any pantry and brings a touch of elegance to everyday meals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their culinary creations.

I could drink it straight from the bottle. (I don’t though :)
This is so good! Getting a little pricey lately but still worth it. I’ve tried a lot of aged balsamic vinegars, and this is always the best.

Worth every nickel.
This product has become a staple in my pantry. I use it on so many dishes i.e. drizzling over my home grown tomatoes, glazing carrots squash and even fruit like grilled pineapple. My husband refused to eat salmon until I started using this balsamic vinegar as a glaze, nothing to do but drizzle it on top. It's a shame I can't convey how good it tastes, the velvety feel it has as you eat it. Can't imagine my caprice salad without it.
