Well this work on electric ukuele

It will work on anything that has a 1/4" jack input....

I am going to use this in a Church and if that on off switch did not work it will be annoying to every one will I get refund if it does not work?

The off switch plug works great for me.

Will it work with a recessed female plug?

I got the one without the right angle bend so both inputs are straight. It fits my Stratocaster and JS1000 which has a really recessed side angle plug with no problem.
