Amazon should be greately responisble for selling such substandard, can blame the vendors..As per the refund claim policy in 48 hours it should be refunded...What is that amazon is waiting for As a end consumer of Amazon i believe in the product quality but in this product the material used is of very low quality rexine , Some one from Amazon should conduct a audit and look at the product which is on Amazon.in Vs the product delviered, Amazon should be held responisble for selling such poor quality product lines, Customers should not blindly beleive in Amazon Anymore.... Tastefully crafted, solidly built, comfortable lounge chairs. The one area for improvement is the level of softness - now the seating is a bit hard. If an additional 3" soft cushion is provided, it will be perfect.
