Great workbook to go along with the main book. Really helps to cement the concepts. Arrived in great condition.

This book curates reliable tools and techniques to build and sustain an organizational “culture” made up of small teams/workgroups. It will work for the majority of audiences. As long as people realize we are all humans, on the journey to becoming the next better version of ourselves, the book is worth it. Not a lot of theory, more practical - perfect for my needs. Watch Coyle’s videos. He’s on to something - a realistic way to move forward into both in-person, and hybrid work teams. Highly recommended for school or church leaders (just because those are my primary audiences).

A bit simplistic and common sense

This book has so many valuable activities that build and strengthen work culture. Each chapter is straightforward and can be read and discussed in short periods of time. The beauty of the book is that you can start anywhere based on your topic of focus. It has become one of my favorite resources for working with teams that want to improve their workplace culture.

Daniel Coyle wrote the Culture and Talent Code. He follows those up with a highly practical and actionable book for leaders, managers and entrepreneurs. Culture is about behavior. This books if filled with many tools and practices that help define, drive and reinforce those behaviors. I’ve already put some of the tools and practices to work with great success!

The Playbook serves as a concise and interactive component of the "Culture Code". It provides key examples and useful ideas on implementing and creating (maintaining) effective structures to improve communication and the sense of community. I value the ideas, methods and information contained in the book.

Disappointing book.Recycled info from author’s previous book. The only difference is simple exercises that google would give you in a 1 second search. A previously great writer mailed it in on this one.

If you a Manger of a team or a business man employing a team of people and looking wor ways to engage your team , improve motivation , productivity the key is to improve the teams culture as motivation is a bigger took than control .... it contains a lot of ideas infact many for hybrid environment also .... when so many ideas also available at one place to refer it gets easy ..... the author has done a great job like in his other books like the talent code and culture code books
