Excellent value for the money
I was happily surprised by the overall quality of these bibs. I love Castelli because I've found that the quality is very consistent, and even their less-expensive offerings are typically of high quality, and these bibs don't deviate from that formula. My only problem with Castelli is getting the right size. They seem to make everything in "pro fit" which doesn't translate well to the average rider. When wearing brands like Pearl Izumi and others, I am typically a Large (L) in just about everything. With Castelli, I have to try them on to ensure the best fit, and I'm always jumping up at least a size or two. No different with these bibs. I'm 6'2" and 200 pounds, and I had to bump up to XL for a perfect fit, even though all my Pearl Izumi Attack bibs are L. In any case, the pad is very, very comfortable and my very first ride on it was two hours on a stationary bike trainer, where I was sitting most of the time. Super comfortable, and even better on long outdoor rides. The legs grip well, and the straps are light on the shoulders without the back sagging. Very pleased with these bibs, especially considering that I usually pay $100 for a pair of Pearl Izumi Attack bibs. Great value, great fit and great Castelli styling. As for peeling decals, I avoid that by hanging them to dry after washing, rather than putting them in a dryer. They're installed with heat, and heat will slowly make them peel off. Decals last a lot longer when you don't put the bibs in a hot dryer.

Castelli never disappoints
Not needing high end, $175.00 bibs. Have riding these for many years now, satisfied with their fit & durability.

Good gear - period!
Castelli, from my experience, never disappoints. I've purchased other, slightly less prestigious, brands and have been satisfied - sometimes, not so much. Not here! Great padding - great fit - worth the additional cost. Take a look at their sizing chart, though. I followed it and got a size I thought would be too large, but fit the numbers on the chart - it was spot on! Very satisfied with this purchase. I would strongly recommend these!

Good Bibs for a fair price
Ordered these because there aren't many shops near me with much selection to choose from. 5'11 205lbs. Ordered XL and fits well, maybe a tad bigger than ideal but better than ordering L and being too small. Material is softer than I expected compared to my Pearl Izumi shorts and the leg grippers are not too noticeable-I dislike overly grippy silicon grippers you find on some shorts, these should be fine They seem well made and should last a while. I ride 20-40 miles a few times a week and 60-80 on weekends.

Nice fit, stays cool, always comfortable
This is my go to bib short. I use these for rides of 50+ miles and they’ve always been completely comfortable, even 5 ride days in a row. Unlike other brands I’ve tried, the pad on these stays in place and there’s no chaffing. The material stays cool to avoid overheating. I’m 6’1” 210lbs and use an XL.
