I love the size--not too large, not too small. (I already had a large air pot, but too large to use on my counter and for my purposes--better for a large crowd.) I love this small pot for 1-2 people.And it's small enough to fit in on my counter (not overwhelm). Keeps my coffee hot.

This coffee/tea carafe is perfect!!! I bought two other carafes and returned them. Both had stainless steel liners which altered the taste of tea, but not coffee. I am primarily a tea drinker, so this was an issue for me. This carafe is glass lined, like a thermos. I make a pot of tea in the evening and when I wake in the morning, the tea is steaming hot. One hand pouring, simply press the lever and the tea comes out without dripping all over the place. Perfect size for my coffee/tea station, which is a plus. What else can I say, I love this little guy, and I finally found him.

Bought a black and white carafe.The white ha a dark mark in the plastic that couldn’t be removed. I would recommend this item but only in black given the nature of the plastic

This is my first purchase of this brand. It works better than a more popular brand that I've used for years. I ordered it in black. The insulated glass cavity keeps my coffee hot for hours. However, there are a couple of things that could change to improve the product. The handle is quite a distance from the dispensing lever and if you have small hands it make take some time getting use to the design. Also, the inside of the lid is white and even with a daily wash it is staining. They should have made the underside of the lid black to match the outside. I would purchase this product again.

It seems fine, except the cap has to be in a certain location for it to work properly and that location is not marked.

The outside is made of plastic

Better quality plastic exterior would improve perceived value.
