We have taken the best parts of our other bearings' material and design and coupled them with the material properties of high carbon steel; the hardest steel available for any application and only available in a skate bearing through us. This is the same grade of steel that Samurai swords are made from! We then combined these trick carbon steel deep groove races with the same top-of-the-line silicon nitride ceramic balls found in our Swisses and a full 440 stainless steel cage (inspired by the bronze cage of our Cheddars and the stainless steel used in our Swiss races. The result of all of this hard work is a hand prepared speed bearing that is ready to eat up all the abuse you can throw at it. Derby, speed, vert, skateboarding... It doesn't matter.
