rather flimsy and topheavy
The main body is lightweight plastic. The shredder head sits on top and is quite heavy. The wheels are small, so that when you try to wheel it from one location to another it topples over very easily. Not as robust as the Fellowes shredder I had before, but seems to shred OK and is quite quiet. Whether it lasts as long remains to be seen.

An average product with guarantee issues
This shredder was bought as part of a de-cluttering project for my office. I also purchased the oil that was recommended. The shredder has good safety features. The shredder served me well in terms of shredding 11 full refuse sacks of paper. However after this it has just packed up less than 2 yrs after purchase The instructions say it comes with a 2yr guarantee and to activate it you have to visit the Fellows website. I wasn't able to activate the guarantee because the Fellows website you're instructed to visit doesn't accommodate UK addresses, towns, cities and post codes. The website only caters for US addresses. Therefore now that I'm out of the return widow, I also have no guarantee. I'll be contacting Amazon to see if there's any chance of some kind of compensation.
