For example, set alarm #1 to alert after 5 minutes, and add a second alarm #2 to sound after after 10 minutes. This works great when you figure out that to cycle between the two timer modes. The secret? When in timer mode, pressing the "hour" button cycles between the two timers. This is not documented anywhwere. Also not documented -- to set time in hours, you must press the "minute" button first. You can then set hours with the "hour" button. Confusing? Quirky? Yes. They really are loud! I will use these timers in the Kitchen, as well as for timing my exercise rides on my recumbent bike. Update 20210124: There are FIVE (5) steps to setup this Timer: FIRST: Clock setting Press the MODE key until the screen displays the word CLOCK. Press the START/STOP key for 3 seconds to stop the colon from blinking. Press the HOUR button briefly to set the hour (24 hour time: 1500 = 3PM). Press the MIN button to set the minutes. Press the SEC button to set the seconds. Hold down the HOUR/MIN/SEC button to quickly increment numbers. After setting the clock, press the START/STOP key. **Q: Do the buttons beep when you are setting the time?  (I'm looking for an alarm that only beeps when the alarm is going off)**
A: Yes. The buttons beep with every press. Press the SEC (SEC), minute (MIN), and (HOUR) for more than two seconds each time, you can get the time fast tune function，Only once made a sound.

**Q: I want a time that starts counting up after it hits zero. Does this one do that?**
A: The product name includes "Count Up Countdown" so it would appear that it DOES count up after reaching ZERO. It may be that the button pressed to stop the beeping also resets the timer to the original countdown setting, but that can be cleared. 

Also, the Product Description says "Large Digits,easily operated and multi-functional 24
hours digital clock with kitchen timer,its long counting time,it can countdown and 
count up!And also, be used as a clock at ordinary times. "

**Q: Is it possible to turnnoff the sound permanently? (Including the beeps of the buttons)**
A: From my experience with this product, I have not been able to turn off the sound, including the beeps when the buttons are pressed.  This is an alarm, so I do not see the reason for not having a sound to indicate when the time is up.

**Q: Are there instructions on the internet?**
A: If you just want a single timer that counts up or down, it is intuitive. But this product has 2 timers with many less than obvious functions. Even setting the 24-hour clock is not obvious.  Rick S.
