This is a challenging install because you have to pretty much disassemble the entire washer. Once you get it apart, replacing the bearings and having them seated level and in the right spot was no easy task. The bearings worked perfect. It is a great replacement part, but the installation is not for the faint of heart.

Very satisfied with this two sets of bearings and water seal set. Local appliance repair was prohibitively expensive to do the job and I was unable to find these through local parts stores, but these could be delivered overnight. I’m not 100% certain of the quality of the parts, and Samsung is quite bad about making service parts available. These came packaged neatly in a small cardboard box, and while clean and neat were not as precisely made as the originals, but if this gets me several more years, I’ll be very satisfied. Installation of this is not for the faint of heart, but there’s an excellent YouTube video by a gentleman going out of the title of “jungleexplorer”. Search for “DIY: Best Samsung FL washer bearing replacement”. Honestly, the only hard part is driving out the old bearings with a punch, which is a real pain. The whole time you’re sweating, wondering if they’re gonna come out and then magically they pop right out. I put these in on Christmas Eve 2024, it took about four hours, but I’m new to this and I was watching the video referenced above. Good luck, merry Christmas and happy new year.

Garbage. Lasted 2 months now I have to take the wash apart again to replace. Not a small project. The seal also did not fit correctly.

Do not waste your money and time! After one month the bearing is gone. Again noise! Bad quality!
