This manufacturer covered every detail of installation for this product . Not only were directions clear and concise, the manufacturer provided the necessary hardware for installation in 3 mediums : drywall, brick and cement. No un-necessary scrambling for the correct hardware to complete this project. Very happy with this purchase !

Would not recommend it for apartment living... Unless you like patching holes...
I never installed it.. it's heavier than I thought. The installation calls for anchors.. that's alot of holes to patch when I move out.

Exactly what I needed
I didn't get this product when it was supposed to be delivered (which took FOREVER). I got in touch with the seller and was mailed another which I got in 2 days. I needed a holder for 4 mops and a broom plus all of my dusters! This is PERFECT for everything that I have and exactly what I needed to help organize my tiny utility room!

The screws are super cheap and stripped immediately
Meh, doesn't hold the brooms and mops. I put them in and they just slowly slide down till they fall out. The screws are super cheap and stripped immediately, which made getting this off my wall a nightmare. Good idea, just not a good at doing it's job. I gave a two stars cause the hooks were nice touch.
