PowerA Joy Con Comfort Grips for Nintendo Switch - Black

This has been nice for playing multiplayer - 2 controller games. The joy cons slide easily into place and allow a comfortable hold for playing games. The grip is easy for my kids to work, and has made it much more comfortable for them as they play games together. Good value product.

Wow, this is an excellent product! It's better than the one that I got when I first got my switch. I guess they made some improvements. Here are the differences between this one ("new") and the one I had previously ("old", the nintendo switch brand) - Slightly heavier (I personally like better - but it's not as heavy as the switch pro controller) - Significantly better grip material on the back (for your middle, ring, and pinky fingers) - Grip shape for the pointer finger is a better fit - Inserting the switch joycons requires slightly more force than my older one - Therefore, removing the switch joycons is a little bit more difficult, but nothing concerning PSA: If you use 2 joycons on this device, THEY STILL COUNT AS 2 PLAYERS instead of 1, even though the switch screen shows them connected to the holder. HOWEVER you can still use this as 1 controller like normal. So since 8 players are max, this essentially means that you can only have a max of 4 of these combined controllers (holder w/ 2 individual joycons) - not 8 Also, I attached images for comparison. Left (purple/green) is this NEW product, and right (yellow/blue) is my OLD one. NOTE: I have joycon skins

My son lost his old one so we got this and it works perfectly. Its sturdy and he says the grips are even better than his old one so that's a plus.

It looks nice and feels nice as well. My only complaint is that it’s a little tight when putting the switch joy cons on and off. Besides that it’s works perfectly fine.

joy cons fit snugly makes it so much easier to play holding them together rather than seperately. i would recomend. so far it worked with spyro and mario and donkey kong.we have the oled switch i canot speak to its other applications.
