Our flour is roller milled with high technology machinery.

Can this be used to make whole wheat pie crust? Is this white whole wheat flour?

Our wholemeal flour is similar to whole wheat flour. But we do have our cake flour T45 which well appreciate for making pie crust .

Does it need vital wheat gluten or bread improver for bread making?

None at all , it works great individually but it blends equally well with quinoa flour or other types of flour to give a more varied and nutritious flour .

Will you send me recently packed product if i place the order now? Because its shelf life is only 3 months
