Itchy but supportive
I had horrible PGP/SPD in my pregnancy and this was helpful for support but it wasn't comfortable (what is during pregnancy ya know?) And was itchy unless worn over other fabric.

Aww yes instant relief 😌
Got this to help with some round ligament pain that I have developed. Was expecting to have only some relief to get through the day but didnt realize how much pain I had until I put this on. Felt instantly lighter in my pelvic region and the ligaments that have been most affected started to ease up. Can move around more comfortably, can sit down in a normal position, and getting up is no longer an issue for me. I'm 5' 1" and was only 90 lbs when I first found out I was expecting. Currently am 30 weeks along and weighed in at 118 pounds, I did do a quick pelvis measurement as mentioned in the description to ensure the right size, as well as determine if I will need to size up, and went with a size small. Definitely still have some room/elasticity with the maternity belt as I continue to grow during my last 10 weeks. Only reason for 4 stars due to only having for less than 3 hours and wanna make sure will still be relieving after walking around the grocery store.UPDATE 1: Held up well during my grocery shopping run. Used to have to take my time with collecting items and use the cart for some support but I was able to do donuts around other people like I used to pre-pregnancy and get my shopping done a lot more quickly. No longer dread going to the store anymore.

It holds support
It holds support very well, the only thing I dislike is the top part, it's just me because I'm really Big for twins. Otherwise love the product.

Yes
Not only was this amazing to help with the sciatic pain during pregnancy but it is better then any belly brace from the hospital it is so comfortable and adjustable unlike the hospital ones. I also had an allergic reaction to the one in the hospital because it has latex in it.

Much better than others on the market.
I'm currently 28 weeks and my lower back and abs are starting to kill me! This has helped so much when needing to stand up for dishes or cooking. I especially like little band on top, although I am pretty small so I wish it were a little shorter. Other than that love it!

Excellent value, better offering than a more expensive brand!!
I initially purchase the Jill & Joey brand of belt here on Amazon. I actually measure myself against product size charts, and yet that brand's sizing was off and as such, provided 0 support at double the price of this item.I LOVE my ChongErfei belt. I love how easy it is to put on, and the three different types of support. Sometimes it slides up or down a bit when you sit, requiring minor readjustment. I wear the belt over the maternity panel of my pants(all of my pants have a maternity belly panel), but under a blouse/top. My belly measures 46" currently, and the size Large in this product fits great. After returning the other brand's belt, I may just buy another of this brand! The price and relief of my sciatic and round ligament pain that this product offers make this item a great value.

Works!
I got this at 19 weeks because I had already gained 23lbs. My little body is having a hard time with rapid weight gain and the back pain. This is perfect! It lifts just enough to relieve the pull and the pain. Recommend for sure!

Relieves back pain
As your pregnancy progresses you’ll start getting the inevitable back pain. My doctor recommended that I get a belly band so I bought this one & boy oh boy does my back feel better. I only wish I would’ve bought it sooner.

Works!
I’d been having intermittent sacroiliac pain for 3-4 weeks from about week 17 of pregnancy. My doctor told me it would only get worse and advised me to seek alternative therapy like chiro or acupuncture. With 2 weeks to my chiro appointment I reached a crisis where I couldn’t hardly walk across the room, go down stairs, get into and out of bed without severe pain. That’s when I ordered this support belt. I’ve been using it for about a week and I feel almost completely back to normal mobility. I didn’t want to resort to tylenol so to get the inflammation under control I had to rest more and apply hot and cold packs. I looked up some exercises to do on youtube for SI joint pain in pregnancy which I think were also helpful. And then I wore this belt.I can’t compare it to anything else but I will say, it’s pretty comfortable. I was measuring 35 inches so I ordered a medium to have room to grow. It’s a little big right now but the velcro makes it adjustable to the right size. Black is great because most of my maternity clothes are black. I can wear it over or between layers. I have yet to wash it since I don’t wear it against my skin so I’m not sure how it will hold up that way. I thought it would be thicker or more sturdy. The joins aren’t really boned but it still works, and that’s the important thing. I don’t wear the top strap because my bumps not that big yet so I can’t comment on that. Perhaps I will need something stronger for the end of my pregnancy for actual belly support, but for this joint pain right now, the twenty bucks was well worth it.

i wish there was a smaller version
asia here. im too small, 3rd trimester bump too small. so... can't use the top strap at all for the lifting effect. so not utilizing the full capacity. and it stretches even if when my bump is getting bigger and heavier the straps just extend longer. so basically the velcro almost touch each other :(i use this to go out or play badminton on my 2nd-3rd trimester. but i will stop using once i want my baby to get down to my pelvis.down side is that when you have curves it does not curve too much with your body. it actually bunches up since it's not boned like a corset. i wish there was one but compared to the other cloth like belts this is sort more breathable cz of the mesh. so when i play badminton it is hot but atleast the sweat does not stick to it that much. although I always put it on top of my clothes.still helped me in the end.

Helps relieve pressure from the weight of your baby bump
This helped me relieve some back pain and help carry the weight of my baby bump. I loved it and would recommend this to any expecting mamas!

Size chart seems off but otherwise great purchase
I'm 5'3, 112lbs pre-pregnancy and currently about 145lbs. I purchased this to help with lower back pain and SPD/PGP discomfort. It's been a few weeks so: first of all, I went by the size chart and it's pretty big BUT just small enough it still works, the top band is just way to long for me to use. The material is nice, but the smaller belt you use for step 1 stretched out pretty bad and is distorted now... but still functional. Not very breathable, and it's not great since it's summer and about 28c on average and all sun. I also had a little card saying something about a freebie program, emailed as instructed, with no response which was a little annoying.

Top part of belt is awkward
The top price that’s supposed to go on top doesn’t fit me and is useless so I don’t use it. Also only comfortable for short periods of time.
