The best self tanner. The color is bronze perfect, not orange. No smell and instant tan! It will get in your clothes-ie, neckline, and runs off when wet but use with caution.

I’ve tried bondi sands and st tropez, including both their “olive toned” versions. this by far has been the best tan I’ve bought. finally found the perfect one. although pricey, worth it. I have cool olive toned skin that turns green and pale in the winter. always fake tan turns me orange. this one does not. I look brown and bronzed and it’s gorgeous. not sure how long it will last yet but doing good so far.

I was looking to get a self tanner because I was going to Bora Bora to elope and I wanted a nice tan for my big day without having to use a tanning bed. Let me start by saying I have NEVER self tanned before so I'm a total novice. I saw that this was highly recommended by a lot of TikTokers and decided to give it a try. So this is a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it. The mousse is a dark rich brown color, goes on smoothly and is easy to blend, dries quickly (so it needs to be blended quickly), doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky/tacky, doesn't leave any patches or flaking, doesn't leave streaks, looks totally natural after you wash it off with NO orange tones, lasts a decent while (a few days for me, but I shower daily and use soap/loofah every time), and it fades nicely. It does have that hallmark self tanner smell but I have heard that's pretty hard to avoid and it doesn't bother me because I apply scented lotion daily. I think application technique is key. I use it on dry clean skin, use a mit to apply and blend, leave it on overnight for a deep tan or for 2-3hrs when I need a touch up, I apply lotion to my knees/elbows/hands/wrists/feet before applying tanner. Pretty much just follow the instructions on the bottle and you're good. If you are looking for a self tanner that looks dark but natural and you dont mind spending the money, I HIGHLY recommend this one! This tan looks so natural on me, and there are no visible signs that it is a fake. I get lots of compliments on my skin when I use this! Hope this helps!

My one and only MUST for summer. If you like a warm sunny glow, a sun-kissed look without being in the sun exposing yourself to harmful UV rays; then this is the product for you! Not messy. Doesn’t smell. Takes 3 hrs to cure. Then you’re free to shower and dress as you wish. Lasts about 7-10 days. Simply pat dry after showering and moisturize. The color from this tan is really nice and natural-looking. It applies evenly and develops quickly, which I love. It gives a great glow without looking orange. Small downside: I can only get it to last about 5 days before it starts peeling or fading unevenly. Still a great tan for events or short-term wear.

Trust me when I say I have tried every self tanner out there. This is by far my favorite of all. It dries quickly and doesn't leave you smelling like self tanner. It lasts a long time and it doesn't turn you orange. A few things to note: Always use a glove when applying - if not your hands will absolutely stain. If this stuff gets in or around your fingernails it looks really bad. Shake the bottle well with each use Don't leave the bottle laying down - this particular tanner is notorious for leaking. Be sure you shave and exfoliate at least 24 hours before applying - the tanner adheres way better to skin that is NOT freshly showered and shaved and your tan will look even and streak free. Less is more - you don't need to over apply - it doesn't help the outcome - trust me. I am really fair but I still use the dark color - lightly though. If I don't over slather - the color it gives me is really pretty. Most people think I just returned from a vacation. I tried the extra dark in the summer - it didn't look good on me at all. I'm happy with the dark shade. I prefer to leave the tanner on overnight. I feel it sets into my skin better and lasts the longest when I do that. Best self tanner I’ve ever tried! I love that it’s easy to apply (I use a mitt) and it’s very forgiving. I never see streaks or weird dark spots.

This is by far my favorite tanner. I use the dark and it leaves me a nice golden color. I have lighter skin as my natural (first picture is side by side with no tan and initial application). The foaming tan goes on smoothly and leaves a color so you know where it goes. It is a foam consistency. I use a tanning mitt during application for consistency. I let the tan dry for about 5 minutes before putting on my loose pajamas. I let the tan sit overnight prior to removal and sometimes longer before rinsing it off. While I bake the tanner do not transfer onto my clothes or sheets and I sleep with white sheets. The tan color lasts about a week and for me this is the only tanner that I can do that with. Also this tanner actually stays on, all other brands wear off quickly with any sports bras and heavy exercise which I do everyday. Now for prep this is key with this tanner. I always do a major exfoliating shower the night before (so 24 hours before). I scrub with a body scrubber and also a scrubbing mitt. I also shave the night before. After that shower I moisturize heavily and use a body oil. Then right before I apply the tanner I take a shower and wash my body. Another key thing here is to also use a good body soap, I use Bioderma and it does not rub my tan off. I get lots of compliments when I use this tanner.
