Versatile uses
It's versatile. I cut into 8ths and toast the triangles. Quite tasty, even without topping or a dipping sauce. One of few crusts I can eat. Delicious as the crust base also

The best gluten free solution.
This comes closest to my recollection of "regular" pizza crust & has been enjoyed by friends and family who are accustomed to eating "regular" pizza. Italian white corn is the way to go -- the Schar Penne is also great.

Great for a non-gluten pizza pie crust!
It also tastes pretty good. I prebake for 15 minutes at 410 degrees F, add the pepperoni, etc., and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese has bubbled. The outer crust is always well done but the inside part, where I put the ingredients, never seems to get as crispy as I would like. But it beats the time it takes to make my own non-gluten crust!

Better than Udi's
We bought these when our local store stopped carrying the Udi's crusts. It was a good value and they don't have to be stored in the freezer which is a bonus. My stepdaughter is gluten free and she likes them - they are more bread-like in texture and flavor compared to the Udi's crusts.

Thin and Crispy
This is a perfect size for 2 people or leftovers for 1. I put a little EVO on the bottom so it crisps up nice and brown. Best pizza crust for us gluten free people.

Great taste
These gluten free pizza crusts are great! I like that they can stay on a shelf and not in the freezer. They are large sized and don’t taste like cardboard, as other brands do.

Quick and good.
This is an easy 2 use pizza crust. Takes about 12 minutes 2 bake. It does have tendency 2 crack on edges if u dont brush with olive oil. But overall the taste and texture of crust is very good. Crust can be fragile going thru shipment but it is usually packaged well. We really like produst and because it doesnt take much time or energy 2 make pizza my sons make their own pizza alot more using fresh ingredients. Makes a good fresh pizza.
