I’ve been using Kre-Alkalyn creatine for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I’m seeing real results—better strength, endurance, and overall performance. But the best part? No stomach issues at all. I struggle with acid reflux and have had problems in the past with other creatine supplements causing bloating, burps, or flare-ups. Not this one. I've been working out regularly for 40 years and have seen supplements come and go. Creatine is perhaps the most tested and most used of any and once people understand it only works as hard as you do the results are unmistakable. Ordinary creatine servings of 5 grams tend to not dissolve well, cause fluid retention, and other occasional gastric distress. Because this is a tiny scoop of just 1.5 grams and "hydrolyzed" it mixes completely with a mix of juice and water or seltzer. I like to drink it during the workout as opposed to before or after as I feel it absorbs into my system better. No need to "load" as you see still being recommended. Just the normal amount and it just lets you train harder and enhance the "pump" so the extra weight you can use eventually translates to real gains. Try mixing in a teaspoon of Glutamine with your creatine drink also. Together it helps your recovery as well and is a super inexpensive amino acid. This creatine comes in capsules also, but I think the powder (unflavored) is the best and least expensive.

Great supplement. I've taken creatine for over a decade but never tried Kre-Alkayn. I like that I don't have to take as much yet it still get the same results. Excellent value. Will buy again.

Went for this as it apparently doesn't bloat you or make you retain extra water around the gut - probably due to its good absorption. Its 1.5grams a serving which is probably just under half a scoop on those mini protein powder scoops. Also, it's filled to the top! something you don't see nowadays I don't care about taste/ used to it after a decade of supplements, but it doesn't change the taste too much for the worse. Bit better then flavourless BCAA's if you want to compare it to anything
