I use this oil in my foam hand soaps and for foot soaks and it works great! The scent comes through nicely without being overpowering, and a little goes a long way. The dropper makes it easy to control how much you use, which is really helpful for DIY blends. Great quality and will definitely repurchase.

The first time I buy it a couple years ago it’s a dark brown, thick oil and smells wonderful. I buy it again and it’s practically clear with little to no fragrance! I’m SO tired of getting ripped off on Amazon! There’s zero quality control and they don’t care! This happens ALL the time!

I FINALLY opened this bottle - I love it, LOVE IT! Buy this if you love patchouli as much as I do! I lost my old bottle that was used so much I had to use pliers to open it it got so thick and sticky - I couldn't find it today! 😊 I LOVE PATCHOULI OIL - I'm 68 years old that was traveling the subways in Boston in the 70's at 14 years old! I would smell PATCHOULI everywhere but didn't know what it was for months UNTIL I walked into the right head shop - BOOM, and it has been my scent ever since!

I buy different essential oils for the house. Patchouli is one of the main ones. I liked the packaging and dropper of this item for the money. However the smell to me for some reason reminds me of actual burning incense and is very musky or smokey compared to other more "natural" smelling patchouli oils I have used. The smell this gives off is very strong and is somewhat patchouliesque and for the price, the bottle and applicator, I felt it was a fair deal. I would have given it 3.5 stars if possible and frankly I don't care for this version of patchouli and will not be buying it again. Kinda a bummer because this is the best applicator and bottle I have found at this price point.

I think it's a little pricey, I thought it was supposed to be 4oz as opposed to 1.5 but product is of good quality scent is as expected and lasts for hours.

Hmmmmm. I bought this based on the 5 star reviews and the price. While it’s budget friendly, I was surprised at the scent. I grew up in the 60’s and 70’s and the patchouli I am used to is very different than this. I noticed a very strong, almost minty scent and the patchouli was extremely faint. Definitely not patchouli to me. I’ll use it so it doesn’t go to waste, but I will look for another brand that has the true patchouli scent I like.

I've been able to get pretty close with other brands, but THIS IS THE STUFF 🥰 This is the smell I remember from the 70s 🫶
