Great base to make fried rice
A japanese friend introduced me to the this product a decade a go or so. They are inexpensive, and can be stored for quite a while and make a decent rice dish pretty quickly. Feel encouraged to experiment and add additional ingredients based on your personal tastes. I tend to boost the amount of egg they call for a bit, and will add other things like artificial crab and green onion. Depending on your taste a bit of chili sauce can be a nice addition as well.

Ebi chahan. This stuff makes fried rice taste great. As shrimp and veggies and you've got a quick and delicious meal.

This is one of our go-to quick meal options. Assuming you have some left over rice in the fridge you can knock out a meal in 10 or 15 minutes.

BEST FRIED RICE MIX!!
Haven’t gotten these yet.... But was raised on this stuff growing up. It’s the best stuff to use to make fried rice!!! And I’m half Asian. Looked for it in different Asian store and could not find it anywhere. Thank goodness for Amazon!!
